I know I have been M.I.A. for the last 2 weeks or so but I have a valid reason or reasons to be more precise.My boss finally realized that I have been sneaking upon work to write a beauty blog(beauty blog she exclaimed!!!).Don't worry I'm not fired but still got tonnes of extra work and shifts to put in.Then the viral bug doing the rounds of the blogosphere last month finally caught up and laid to waste all my beauty blogging plans.And the cherry on top was when I finally recovered only to discover my Laptop also caught the viral bug and absolutely refused to start.Since I'm a crazy person who never backs up(never again I swear)all my drafts,notes pics and basically my life went down the drain.I hope I have your attention and your sympathies now.
Although it was absolute chaos the past few weeks there was some relief in the form of an Asos haul that finally made it's way through the post though not without it's share of drama(more about that later) and the Book Fair.Before I was such a makeup junkie, I used to be crazy about books and the Fair made me realize I still am crazy about books(will update on my bookish haul too later).Plus I finally caved into the rebonding fever and got my hair treated.It's been a day and I'm so in love.But still a little skeptical considering the amount of research I did and all the horrid stories doing the round.On the flip side I have given up on Oriflame.They are absolutely horrid and love ripping me off for no good reason and even though I love some of their products to death, I have now officially sworn off Oriflame(more about that too later).But before I could do that I couldn't resist one last haul.
So all in all it was an eventful absence but I missed all my gals and their lovely posts a lot.I would try and sneak a bit through my mobile but It just wasn't the same.So I'm bunking work tomorrow to catch up on all the reading and hoping my tyrant boss does not catch me this time around.
